Even though there is a significant amount of research that demonstrates the connection between diet and mood, the impact our diet has on our mood is wildly underestimated.
As we modulate our diet to reduce inflammatory foods and introduce more brain nourishing nutrients we have the opportunity to alter our biochemistry, lift our mood and improve how we cope with external stress.
Our brain, just like our body needs the right fuels to function optimally. Without the right fuel the brain can be lethargic felt as symptoms of brain fog, low mood, poor sleep, apathy, difficulty concentrating, heightened sensitivities, anger.
Chances are, if you are experiencing mental health struggles, you may also need support with:
Your mitochondrial health
Reducing inflammation in your brain & body
Glucose hypo-metabolism
Insulin resistance
Gut microbiome dysbiosis
Nutritional deficiencies
