Be the Woman You Want to Be
As women we have systems acting upon us that don’t align with our biological needs and rhythms. Not only are they not supportive of our biology and don’t support us to thrive, they demand of us in a way that is detrimental to our health. While we can influence culture and change these systems over time and should, many of us need urgent interventions now.
Given that changing culture and systems takes energy and time, which many of us don't have an abundance of right now, we need to look at immediate solutions that will help us create a buffer so that these systems don't affect us in such damaging ways.

There are two powerful interventions that can reduce inflammation in your brain and body, increase your neuroplasticity and build you up from the inside.
The best part is that you have control over these two interventions making them powerful. They give you enormous autonomy over your health and lived experience.

Diet
Even though there is a significant amount of research that demonstrates the connection between diet and mood, the impact our diet has on our mood is wildly underestimated. As we modulate our diet to reduce inflammatory foods and introduce more brain nourishing nutrients we have the opportunity to alter our biochemistry, lift our mood and improve how we cope with external stress.
Internal Talk
Our thoughts, narrative, self talk and perception of the world determines to a large degree how we feel about ourselves, other people, and about challenges we face. We have the ability to alter our perception, learn new skills, ways of thinking and talking to ourselves. For many of us there are thoughts and beliefs that are holding us back from truly loving and accepting ourselves, thoughts that are stealing our joy and opportunities.
